Nella località turistica di Porto Taverna, famosa per la bellissima spiaggia con vista sull'isola di Tavolara, sorge il complesso residenziale. L'insediamento è costruito nel pieno rispetto della natura che qui offre, oltre al mare dalle mille sfumature azzurre, una rigogliosa macchia mediterranea caratterizzata da numerosi cespugli di ginepro, da cui il nome del Residence. Il complesso si estende dalla spiaggia, distante da 10 a 1500 metri, inerpicandosi per una collinetta caratterizzata da ginepri e fiori. Nella zona panoramica sono ubicati la maggior parte degli appartamenti, collegati con un efficiente servizio navetta. Inoltre si trova il ristorante-pizzeria, la reception, la piscina, calcetto, l'anfiteatro e i campi da tennis. Direttamente sul mare c'é il bar e il mini ristorante per il pranzo o uno spuntino veloce. Si organizzano tornei e feste.

Situated in the tourist spot Porto Taverna, renowned for it's beautiful beaches with a view of the Island of Tavolara, the Residence blends in perfectly with the unspoiled surroundings of a sea of innumerable shades of blue - the thriving scub with its numerous bushes of juniper. The various apartments are villas of brich-work, built conveniently close to all the necessary facilities and places of entertainment but at the same time affording the privacy needed for a tranquil holiday. All the villas have sea or panoramic view and the majority of the rooms have a telephone. The complex of buildings starts at the beach and follows the slope of a characteristic hill of junipers and flowers right to every hearth of the village where you can find a restaurant/pizzeria, swimming pool, tennis court, 5 a side football and a small theatre. A snack bar and mini-restaurant for lunch are situated directly on the beach. During the tourist season, tournaments, feste and gymnastics are organised in the centre of the village.

Die Residenzanlage erhebt sich vom Strand ueber einen kleinen Huegel, der durch sardische Vegetation gepraegt ist. Auf dieser Anhoehe, im Herzen der Anlage in ca. 1500 Meter Distanz zum Meer, befinden sich Restaurant/Pizzeria, Reception, Swimmingpool, Fussballplatz, Anfitheater und Tennisplatz. Direkt am Meer steht unseren Gaesten ein kleines Strandrestaurant mit Barbetrieb zur Verfuegung. Es Werden verschiedene Spiele und Feste veranstaltet.

Il Residence si trova nella zona nord orientale della Sardegna; è situato sulla collina che sovrasta la baia di Porto Taverna e si affaccia di fronte alle isole del parco naturale di Tavolara e Molara, circa 20 km a sud di Olbia e non lontano dalla esclusiva Costa Smeralda.
In auto da Olbia: prendera la strada statale n.125 costiera a due corsie da Olbia in direzione Nuoro fino ad arrivare dopo circa 18 km in località Monte Petrosu, quindi svoltare a sinistra e seguire le indicazioni stradali Residence Hotel Lu Nibareddu.
Olbia: dista circa 20 km dal Lu Nibareddu e offre sia un Porto ben collegato con la rete marittima nazionale e sia aeroporto Olbia Costa Smeralda, con varie rotte nazionali ed internazionali.

The Residence Lu Nibareddu in the north east Sardinia is situated on the hill that overlooks the Porto Taverna bay, it faces the islands of the natural park of Tavolara and Molara about 20 km to the south of Olbia and not far from the exclusive Costa Smeralda.
By car from Olbia: take the coastal state road SS125 from Olbia in the direction of Nuoro and continue for about 18 km until you arrive in the locality Monte Petrosu, and soon afterwards turn left and follow the road signs to Residence hotel Lu Nibareddu.
Olbia: is situated at about 20 km from the Lu Nibareddu village and there is a Port where all the national ferries are connected and also there is the Olbia and CostaSmeralda airport with various national and international routes.

Das Residence Lu Nibareddu befindet sich in der Nord Ost Kuste Sardiniens auf einen Hügel der über die Porto Taverna bucht liegt. Gegenüber der Tavolara und Molara Insel ungaefehr 20 km von Olbia entfernt nicht sehr weit von der Costa Smeralda.
Mit dem Auto von Olbia hier her:Nehmen sie die Kusten Straße 125 von Olbia Richtung Nuoro, bis sie, nach 18 km den ort von „Monte Petrosu „ finden, dann biegen sie links ab und folgen die Richtung die ihnen von den schildern mit der Schrift „ Lu Nibareddu vorweisen.
Olbia: liegt circa 20 km von unser Residence entfernt und bietet ein Hafen und ein Flughafen mit einer sehr guten nationaler und internationaler Verbindungen an.
