Ci troviamo nei pressi della città universitaria, a 15 minuti a piedi o 5 minuti con il bus 310 dalla stazione FS termini ed a 7/8 minuti da quella di Tiburtina . Il centro storico è raggiungibile con il bus (61, 62, 492) o con la Metropolitana B (fermate Policlinico o Bologna a 5 minuti di marcia). L'hotel conta 30 camere, tutte con bagno privato e doccia, TV e un frigorifero in dotazione. Alcune camere sono climatizzate. La colazione a buffet, inclusa nel prezzo del pernottamento, è servita in un'ampia sala con veranda per la stagione estiva. Comprende frutta di stagione, affettati misti ed a richiesta uova fritte e/o bacon. Il personale, plurilingue, offre agli ospiti un'accoglienza famigliare e la dovuta assistenza per tutti i servizi, anche esterni, di cui necessitino durante il soggiorno. Located just a few steps from University City La Sapienza at a few minutes walking distance or catching the 310 bus. From Termini station (get off at the 6th stop). In case you're coming from Tiburtina station indifferently catch a 490-491-495 bus, get off at Piazzale delle Provincie (at the 3rd stop). To reach the Rome historical center get the line B underground from Bologna square. The hotel's 30 rooms are provided whit private bath, shower, colour tv and fridge, as well as climatization (in progress). The buffet-breakfast from 7.00 to 9.00 am, is served in a comfortable hall or, in summer time out side the balcony. You will taste various typical roman products such as salami, or eggs with bacon (on demand). Our multilanguage speaking staff will be at your disposal for any request, information or service (money exchange, taxi, city tours ... ) to let you feel at home during your stay in our familiar hotel. Sorry but we do not have non- smocking rooms.

Das Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe der La Sapienza Universitäts- Stadt. Von Termini Bahnhof kommt man mit Bus 310 an (auf viale Ippocrate aussteigen). Von Tiburtina Bahnhof ankommend, fährt man mit bus 490-495 an (auf Piazzale delle Provincie aussteigen). Die nächste Ü-Bahn Station Linie B Policlinico (5 Minuten zuFuß), von Bologna Platz kann man 62 Bus einsteigen (das Herz der Stadt entlangfahrend un die Vatikan-Stadt zu appeichen). Die 30 Hotel Zimmer, Bad Dusche, Telefon und farbige fernsehen Apparat anbietend, 10 Zimmer auch klimatizienten. 
L' Hôtel se trouve a coté de la cité universitaire la Sapienza. Pour vous y rendre prenez le bus 310 de la gare Termini ou bien le 490- 491-495 de la gare Tiburtina. La station de métro la plus proche est Policlinique, ligne B (200 mètres de distance). Mais le bus 62 (de la place Bologna) vous emmènera jusqu'au Vatican après avoir traversé le coeur de Rome. La totalité des 30 chambres de l' Hôtel offre: bain privé, douche, TV couleur, téléphone, frigo (et air conditionnée dans presque la moitié des chambres).
